I'm looking for the best dates to get married in August 2008. I heard 8-8-2008 is the best but all the wedding facilities are going to be taken on that day!

What about 8/2/2008??? It’s a Saturday and the wedding date would be 8, 2, 2,(00),8. Or there’s always 8/28/2008 but it’s a Thursday.

One of the reasons that 8 is lucky for the Chinese, and particularly 8.8.08 is because the word for 8 — “ba” is similar to the word for treasure… that’s why 8 is a lucky number for the Chinese. I’m not sure about what days according to Chinese horoscope.
